Aubree is a M.Sc. student at the University of Manitoba in the Department of Environment and Geography. She obtained a B.S. in Wildlife Ecology and Management at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Her research focuses on the chronic impacts of trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) on freshwater wetlands utilizing the mesocosms on campus. As TFA persists in the environment without breaking down, this project will determine the relationship between TFA concentration and adverse ecological effects.
