Dilber graduated in 2015 with a Masters of Environment. For her thesis, she examined the quality and quantity of groundwater in Kumul, China, her hometown. 

 

Dilber now works at the IISD Experimental Lakes Area as the Indigenous Relations Manager, where she focuses on expanding relationships with Indigenous communities on Treaty #3 and project collaboration with Indigenous partners. She prioritizes building meaningful bridges between western science and Indigenous knowledge.
